Does ContextFill use AI?

It does not use generative AI or an LLM. ContextFill uses deterministic recognition and ranking, with local, reviewable learning for corrections.

Where does my information go?

Profiles, clipboard history, OCR results, learned mappings, and fill activity stay on your Mac. There is no ContextFill cloud account or product telemetry.

Does it change normal copy and paste?

No. Normal ⌘V stays exactly the same. Smart Paste uses ⌘⇧V and always preserves the original clipboard value as an explicit choice.

Which Macs will it support?

ContextFill is being built for macOS 14 Sonoma or later, on both Apple silicon and Intel Macs.

Can I inspect the source?

The codebase is licensed under Apache 2.0 and is being prepared for public review. The repository is not publicly accessible yet, so this page will not pretend there is a live proof link. Public source access is a requirement before public distribution.

Is ContextFill ready to download?

ContextFill 1.0 is available for macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon and Intel. Open the DMG, then drag ContextFill into Applications. Build 3 is Developer ID signed by AM Accelerated LLC, accepted by Apple's notarization service, and stapled for offline Gatekeeper verification.
